Note to the National Rifle Association and gun owners: Have no fear of new legislation to take your guns away. In my humble opinion, politicians, especially the legislators here in Pennsylvania, lack the intestinal fortitude to pass effective laws against using a cell phone while driving a vehicle, let alone gun control laws.
