It is crazy to hear so many people complaining about Washington. First, did you vote? If not, shut up. Period. Second, who did you vote for and what are they doing?
Here is one example from my experience. I voted for Barack Obama. He tried to increase taxes on the wealthiest Americans as promised.
The "fiscal cliff" bill that passed increased government revenue by about $600 billion. However, the Republicans made sure that it had pork -- $64 billion was given to big businesses. Who is looking out for the middle class? Who did you vote for and why?
