Enact new gun controls, confiscate all knives, cut off all middle fingers and fists, impound all automobiles -- none of the above will solve the much deeper problem in society, which is uncontrolled anger and lack of respect for all human life.

I say promote nationwide, heartfelt respect for all human life and schedule a national day of atonement. I vote, I promote, for I believe.
