That PSU group

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette has been reporting on the Penn State child sex abuse scandal as well as the organization Penn Staters for Responsible Stewardship. In your March 5 article, "Attack Ad Targets 2 Incumbents in Trustee Election at Penn State," you described PS4RS as "an alumni group seeking the ouster of board members over Paterno's firing."
As most have known for a long time, the PS4RS is not "an alumni group." They are a group of individuals centered on seeking denial of any responsibility of Joe Paterno for his failure to act on the reports of Jerry Sandusky's child sexual abuse. The only requirement for membership in the PS4RS is that the individual agrees with the PS4RS group's position on Paterno; the group makes no effort whatsoever to identify who are alumni in its organization.
Given the amount of positive press space provided by the Post-Gazette to the PS4RS, it is past time for you to correct your reports inaccurately describing PS4RS as an alumni group. Please discontinue such inaccurate reporting that calls the PS4RS "an alumni group." It is not.
