Finally! Someone knows Mitt Romney's plans to "help create jobs, lower taxes and get our economy growing." Please, letter writer Allison Garcia ("Women Care About Every Issue," Oct. 23), share the plan with the rest of us because we would really like to know the specifics of those plans.
