Strange lights

On Sept. 19 at 10 p.m. while I was on the phone in my sunroom in Castle Shannon I saw two bright orange lights in the sky coming from the southeast heading northwest toward the city. One was following the other.
I quickly got off my phone and was able to take a short video clip of the objects with my camera. The two round lights were about as high in the sky as a low-flying airplane. I would like to know if anyone else witnessed these strange lights.
