Rights being denied

Franco Harris, who someone pointed out came from a military family, said that we all should be very concerned that the NCAA believes that you are guilty unless you can prove your innocence.

I wonder that the NCAA will even display a bit of American culture and allow an appeal. It appears that the NCAA violated at least three amendments to the Bill of Rights where Penn State's Tim Curley, Gary Schultz and Graham Spanier are concerned. If Joe Paterno had been alive, his constitutional rights also would have been violated.

Shame on the person who a few weeks back made fun of Franco Harris, who displayed a "due process for JVP" sign in his stadium box seat area.

So many of our veterans gave their lives to defend the rights we have!
