Reality check

Now that the election is over, I hear some people, the news media and even the president say "the majority has spoken" so we must continue going in the same direction that we have been for the last four years, like that is a good thing.

All you have to do is go on the Internet; it is flooded with videos on how to get an Obama phone or Obama money or even which states are best to be on welfare or get the best handouts from the government.

Now, I'm not talking about people who deserve these benefits, or the people who have earned these benefits, I'm talking about people who think they deserve these benefits. Take away these people, and the election would be a lot different.

What some other people don't understand, or just don't care is that the money that is received from the government, comes out of the working people's pocket in the form of higher taxes, higher fees, and higher prices for goods and services. More for entitlements, less for taxpayers!

One more thing, the rich are always going to be rich, they will not be hurting in this economy, but the working people as always will be the ones who foot the bill.
