Prohibit parking

To avoid further accidents along the stretch of Penn Avenue where the fatal bicycle accidents have occurred, we must prohibit the parking of cars that occur very frequently on both sides of this major thoroughfare. This will provide enough room and an opportunity for bicyclists and motorists to share the road.
