It is good to see that Gov. Tom Corbett is on the defense of Penn State University. Who said it was OK for the NCAA to fine and punish Penn State University for Jerry Sandusky's arrest as a pedophile?

It would be like a state's police commission fining and punishing a police department of a city if one of its policemen were arrested as a pedophile, or the Department of Commerce fining and punishing a company if one of its employees were arrested as a pedophile.

By the same token, why have the football team and fans and local businesses at Penn State University been punished by the NCAA for Jerry Sandusky's arrest for crimes as a pedophile?
