Parking kiosks bring relief from making change

Thank you to the city of Pittsburgh and the parking authority for taking the old meters off Fourth Avenue in Downtown in front of my business and putting in the new prepaid kiosk. Now I do not have to go to the bank every other day to get a couple of rolls of quarters, so the five to 10 people a day asking for quarters will not have to bother me. Too few people these days care to say please and thank you.
I think I will spend that extra 15 minutes needed every other day to read your fine paper (the printed, old-fashioned version!). Thank you, Pittsburgh.
