No place for guns

Regarding the shooting at the youth football game in East Liberty: There is something very wrong with a society that carries guns to an event where children are gathering and then uses the gun in the presence of children.

Also, the same people who are blaming the police for not being present when the shots were fired better give the police testimony about who the shooters are. Aside from not supervising children so they don't have a gun, people need to speak up when they witness a violent act, especially when it occurs at a children's sporting event.

Education and work ethic need to be pounded home when raising your children so they can be productive members of society and too busy for criminal nonsense.
