I am in a group of vastly growing union members who are not buying what union leadership and the president are selling! At both conventions, (other than the mudslinging) the message was basically the same: get people back to work and cut spending!
But let's look at some facts. The president (a union darling) has done nothing to help create jobs. He's put billions of tax money in green companies, most of which are bankrupt or otherwise failing. He says we need to be energy independent, but he and his Environmental Protection Agency will not issue the required permits for drilling, refining or exploration.
He and the EPA killed the construction of the Keystone Pipeline, which would have created and supported hundreds of thousands of construction and support jobs.
If he would leave the private sector alone, it would do what it does way better than the government -- create jobs! We have higher gas prices, higher unemployment, lower jobs created and the highest national debt. No, we are not buying what he is selling! Educate yourself, and do some research and you will find that this man does not deserve a second term!
