Marijuana and Pa.

I can see it coming. I have never used marijuana, neither inhaling or not, and I am against legalizing it for other than medicinal use. However, I can see the time coming when the illustrious Pennsylvania Legislature realizes that if it legalizes it, the Legislature can tax it. It would not surprise me if legislators even found a way to include the Johnstown Flood Tax among those taxes.

Then, the best part. Since it could be considered an intoxicant and, in a small minority of people, addictive it should only be sold in state-regulated stores. Aha, the Wine & Spirits stores are now Wine, Spirit and Drug stores. Or maybe we could also sell it in vending machines in grocery stores -- with adequate controls by a remote individual in Harrisburg, of course.
