Location confusion

There was so much rhetoric regarding voter ID at the polls and the media reported on the confusion as a result of it. Well, I would like to address the confusion of "Where do we vote" in Robinson. Apparently the Montour High School is under construction so the building where we have voted for the last 13 years is not open to the public. Instead they moved the polls to another building. Hello! Which building?

When I arrived around 2 p.m. to vote there were people wondering around parking lots asking, "Where do we vote?" No one knew. I would normally follow signs in a situation like this. I don't think a GPS would work here. Believe it or not, there wasn't one sign pointing to "Vote Here" or any political signs for that matter. Not even a trail of bread crumbs for us to follow. It was awful. No one knew where to go.

Some of us eventually found a security guard who told us to go to the building behind the gym. Where's the gym? I have never had any reason to go to this facility except to vote so am totally unfamiliar with the layout. Would a handicapped person wander around the buildings looking for the right place to go? I don't think so.

Shame on you, board of elections; you need to clean up your act.
