In Corbett's world

I'm wondering if this is how Gov. Tom Corbett thinks:

Why are people blaming me for so many of our problems? I didn't raise your property or school taxes. They did! All I did was cut funding to you people. You cut educational programs, you laid off teachers, you increased class sizes, you eliminated educational programs and others that you consider important.

So what if I let your roads and bridges and transportation deteriorate further. Next, I suppose you will blame me and my wife for destroying your roads and bridges with those new cars you bought us. Did I forget to say thanks for the vehicles? If so, a belated $80,000 thanks to you.

What you don't realize is that I'm actually saving you money and redistributing the wealth by getting rid of unions. You will all be equal with low pay and no benefits and poor retirement plans and you will soon learn how to swim with your heads under water. Swimming is good exercise; it may even help you live longer.

Now you will be able to enjoy all the medical advances we have made by working into your 70s. Did you thank me for that? Noooo.

Why bad-mouth my tax breaks to the oil and gas industries? Mom-and-pop companies such as Shell, Range Resources, EQT and other Marcellus drilling companies need these $1.7 billion tax breaks if they are to continue to amass huge record profits. Just what is your beef with the Delaware tax loophole? So corporations use this to avoid paying Pennsylvania taxes. Go ahead and tell me you wouldn't do the same if I let you.
