Hire more people

There a lot of people out of work! Why can't Verizon hire more people? That way we wouldn't have to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get an agent on the phone. Even when you get one, he or she is not from Pittsburgh but Virginia, Florida or Arizona. This is ridiculous.
