Games and music

Tons of words are being written as to the causes of all the mass killings in the United States. All seem to be concerned with only two reasons: the arms industry and its cohorts in Congress and mentally unstable perpetrators.
I believe there are other very serious contributors to violence that are being overlooked: the video games industry and modern hate music, usually rap. School shootings are usually caused by teenage boys or young adult males. Modern youth spend much of their time playing video games, which promote violence and interactive participation. Is it any wonder some stray from fantasy to real-life acting out?
And are we to believe that the hate "music" being broadcast on the airwaves has no effect on its listeners?
All those who profit from sales of guns, video games and hate music must be included in any debate about who is responsible for all these violent slaughters!
