James O'Toole's Sept. 29 article about Sophie Masloff not having ID so she could vote is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard. Sophie, who since has gotten an ID, should have called me. I would have driven her down to the DMV.
If all the Democrats who are whining about the law would drive someone who needs an ID to an ID center, there would not be a problem.
