Defining 'regulated'

Second Amendment foes seem to think that as soon as all guns are banned, the country will turn into some kind of utopia where we all join hands and prance around in daisies and clover. I pity those foes.

Wording in the Second Amendment seems to be an issue. If by some obscure definition "regulated" actually meant "equipped," as I believe, then the wording makes perfect sense.

The Founding Fathers didn't label the first 10 amendments the "Bill of Rights" for no reason. To all First Amendment-hugging, gun-hating folks out there, I say: The pen may be mightier than the sword, but when they come to take your pen, what will you use to fight back?

Oh, yeah, to the PG: Consider changing the heading at the top of the front page to read "One of America's most-biased newspapers."
