Absentee glitches

Kudos to Pennsylvania voter services for allowing those of us who live abroad and are registered in Pennsylvania to retrieve our ballots electronically. Unfortunately, the online registration system still requires us to provide a U.S. ZIP code with our address to actually download the ballot. If that's not bad enough, there's no address line for "country," and once we register the system automatically emails us our passwords in the clear, with no encryption. That kind of defeats the point of secure absentee balloting, don't you think?
