A mixed message

The Tea Party has spent the last two years blocking legislation and demanding that our government take a lesser role in our lives, and Tea Party members are entitled to express their beliefs. My question is why is the Tea Party's candidate for the U.S. Senate bashing Sen. Bob Casey for not making new laws that would impact our lives?
