Inbound Route 28 traffic restricted overnight

Inbound traffic on Route 28 will be restricted to one lane from the 40th Street Bridge to East Ohio Street starting at 8 p.m. today and Friday, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation announced.

The restriction will be lifted by 5 a.m. Friday and Saturday.
