Crash cleared after snarling traffic on outbound Parkway East.

A vehicle crash between the Swissvale and Forest Hills exits on the outbound side of the Parkway East has been cleared and is no longer causing traffic delays, an emergency dispatch supervisor said.
The crash caused delays during this afternoon's rush hour, a supervisor said. The crash was closer to the Forest Hills exit, and minor injuries were reported.
