Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. today for Primary Election Day.

Allegheny County elections chief Mark Wolosik predicted that 25 percent of registered Democrats and Republicans will vote in their respective primaries.
In a test of Pennsylvania's new voter identification law, voters will be asked for the first time to show photo ID at the polls, although those without it will still be able to vote. The exact rules are unfinished, but valid forms of ID may include a driver's licence, U.S. passport, military and government identification, or a current photo ID from Pennsylvania colleges or senior centers.
All Allegheny County courts and offices are closed, except the elections division and the controller's office.
City offices are open but city council will not meet until Wednesday.
