Groups offer shopping for a cause

The following organizations are selling items for the holiday season:
• Blind and Vision Rehabilitation Services of Pittsburgh, 1800 West St., Homestead, is hosting a holiday sale featuring the work of artists who participate in its day programs from 1 to 3 p.m. Dec. 11 and 12. Sale items include Christmas cards, greeting cards, pins, artistic pillows, crosses, Christmas ornaments, decorative bottles, original art works, key chains, earrings, cookies, and candies. • Latrobe Area Hospital Aid Society is hosting a Sweet Scents Gift Boutique from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 10 and 11 in the Little Shop corridor, on the first floor of Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. Proceeds benefit auxiliary projects. Call 724-689-0206.
• The Woodlands Foundation, 134 Shenot Road, Marshall, is selling 6- and 8-inch rum and apricot brandy cakes, which may be picked up or shipped. The cost is $15 and $20 respectively. Orders are being taken through Dec. 14. Call 724-935-5470.
