CDC officer to speak at immunization conference

The featured speaker this year at the annual immunization conference sponsored by the Allegheny County Immunization Coalition will be Andrew T. Kroger, medical officer with the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The coalition comprises 43 health organizations and educational institutions led by the Allegheny County Health Department.
The conference for physicians, nurses, pharmacists, office staff and community service/public health professionals will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Oct. 4 at the Doubletree hotel in Monroeville,
