East -- Weekend lane restrictions during work to improve bridge-pavement transitions: single-lane outbound from the west side of the Squirrel Hill Tunnels to Edgewood-Swissvale (Exit 77) from 9 p.m. Friday to 1 p.m. Saturday; inbound from east of Edgewood-Swissvale to just before tunnel entrance from 10 p.m. Friday to 8 a.m. Saturday.
Right lane closed inbound from Plum-Monroeville (Exit 84) to Penn Hills (Exit 81) from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday during Duquesne Light work.
Closures of Penn Hills and Monroeville/Plum interchanges and single-lane traffic in outbound work zone from Churchill to the Pennsylvania Turnpike possible nightly through Nov. 19. Restrictions will occur after 8 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, after 10 p.m. Saturdays and after 7 p.m. Sundays and be lifted by 5 a.m. weekdays, 9 a.m. Saturdays and 10 a.m. Sundays. Two lanes open at other times.
Intermittent short-term lane closures for light pole work weeknights from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. outbound between Bates Street (Exit 73) and Squirrel Hill (Exit 74) and inbound Between Wilkinsburg-Forest Hills (Exit 78) and Edgewood-Swissvale (Exit 77) through Friday.
Squirrel Hill Tunnels -- Overnight lane closures begin at 10 p.m. Monday on inbound side and 10 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday outbound.
North -- Single-lane traffic outbound at the bridge carrying East Street over the parkway from 10 p.m. Friday to 10 a.m. Saturday and midnight Saturday to noon Sunday.
West -- Left and center lanes closed outbound near the Carnegie interchange from 8 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday, with heavy delays likely, during bridge work. Traffic entering from Carnegie on-ramp required to stop. No inbound restrictions. Left lane closed outbound at Green Tree from 9 p.m. Thursday to 3 a.m. Friday for bridge repair.
Lane closures and traffic stoppages of up to 15 minutes possible in both directions between Robinson Town Centre (Exit 59) and Ridge Road (Exit 61) during sign work starting at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday and concluding by 6 a.m. the next day.
Traffic stoppages of up to 15 minutes possible after 10 p.m. daily through Oct. 31 during bridge work at Carnegie interchange.
Single-lane traffic outbound at Carnegie nightly starting at 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 25, through Friday, Oct. 29, with restrictions lifted by 6 a.m. daily.
Fort Pitt Tunnels -- Single-lane closures nightly from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. according to the following schedule: inbound Sunday through Tuesday Oct. 24-26; outbound Wednesday and Thursday Oct. 27-28.
79, Bridgeville -- Left-lane closures northbound between the Bridgeville rest area (south of Exit 54) and Crafton (Exit 60) as needed after 7 p.m. weekdays through Nov. 5 for cable median guide rail installation. Restriction lifted by 5 a.m. daily.
79, Butler County -- Lane restrictions southbound between Portersville/Prospect (Exit 96) and Zelienople (Exit 88) have been lifted.
79, Mercer County -- Lane restriction northbound at mile 127 near Sandy Lake interchange through this week, northbound at mile 118 between I-80 and Jackson Center interchange through weekend of Oct. 23-24 and southbound near mile 130 through this week.
