One person trapped after Washington Township crash

Westmoreland County emergency officials are working to remove a person trapped inside of their vehicle following a crash in Washington. A Westmoreland County dispatcher confirmed the crash at the intersection of Route 380 westbound and Utopia Road. The person being removed from the car is conscious, but there is no other word on their condition.
