Washington County man pleads guilty to coercion, child porn

A Washingon, Pa., man pleaded guilty Tuesday to coercing a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity.

In 2010, Jeffrey W. Herschell, 54, sent money to the Philippines to pay for viewing an online sex show including a 12-year-old girl, according to U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton's office. He also pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography.

He is to be sentenced May 28.
