Missing Washington woman found

A mentally challenged Washington woman reported missing last week was found safe Sunday afternoon.
State police at Washington said Marcella Joan Brown, 46, of Buffalo, Washington County, was found around 5 pm at a hotel in Donegal. She was escorted back to her family shortly after being found.
