Some 25 children and their families were treated to practice and a luncheon with the team in The Igloo Club.
After practice, the players joined the children for lunch, also taking time to sign autographs, have their photos taken and to greet other family members in attendance.
Each Wish child received a goodie bag filled with Penguins memorabilia.
This is the 22nd year the Pens have partnered with Make-A-Wish for this event.
