While we're scarcely past Halloween, and with Thanksgiving just around the corner, the city turned the lights on Christmas today, in a manner of speaking.
Mayor Luke Ravenstahl led the lighting delegation of the official Pittsburgh Christmas tree.
And nearby at Macy's, store officials took the wraps off this year's holiday window display.
Videographer Lake Fong was on hand to capture the moments.
