Truck wreck causing traffic problems on I-79

An overturned tractor-trailer is causing traffic delays on I-79 near the Neville Island Bridge.
Allegheny County emergency dispatchers said the wreck occurred about 4 p.m.
State police were investigating but a person who answered the telephone at the Pittsburgh barracks would release no information about the accident, including whether it occurred in the northbound or southbound lanes.
