Traffic in the Liberty Tunnels will be restricted to one lane overnight on weeknights through Jan. 22, PennDOT announced today.

The outbound tunnel will have single-lane traffic starting at 10 p.m. today through Friday and again on Jan. 22.

The inbound tunnel will have a lane closure starting at 10 p.m. Jan. 14 to 18 and again Jan. 21 as crews work on the cellular antenna and cable.

Restrictions will be lifted by 5 a.m. daily.

The outbound lane closures will begin later on nights when there are major events in Downtown Pittsburgh.
