Traffic crash claims Indiana County man

A 20-year-old man died at the scene after his sport-utility vehicle ran off Route 217 in Indiana County and struck several trees.
The accident occurred about 6 a.m. today about a mile south of Blacklick Road in Blacklick Township.
The Indiana County coroner, Michael Baker, identified the victim as Thomas Wayne Kelgran, 20, of Center Township, who suffered injuries to the head and chest.
