Snow could accumulate during evening commute

About an inch of snow could accumulate during the evening commute, according to the National Weather Service.
A heavier snow lasted through about 6:15 p.m., the weather service said.
"Motorists are advised to slow down and increase distance between vehicles as untreated surfaces may become icy, especially after sunset," according to the weather service.
Snow will be light through the rest of the evening. The National Weather Service forecast Wednesday as being partly sunny with a high of 44.
