Route 28 inbound will be down to one lane

Traffic on inbound Route 28 will be restricted to a single lane during ongoing construction this weekend, PennDOT announced.

The restriction will be in place from 8 p.m. today through 5 a.m. Monday from the 40th Street Bridge to East Ohio Street.
