One lane of inbound Squirrel Hill Tunnel to close

PennDOT won't close the inbound Squirrel Hill Tunnel for construction this weekend, but it will go halfway.
One lane will close inbound at 9 p.m. today and Saturday, with the restriction lifted by 10 a.m. the following day, as a three-year, $49.5 million rehabilitation project continues.
