Justin Stone, 31, of New Castle, was driving east on Route 422 when he crossed the center line, hit a guard rail and then collided head on with an oncoming pick-up truck, officer in charge Chad Adams said in an email.

Mr. Stone's passenger, Richard Kubik, 60, of New Castle, and the pick-up truck driver, Robert Bacon, 62, of Youngstown, Ohio, were pronounced dead at the scene of the crash.
