Mount Pleasant crash injures two people

A two-car crash at about 7:15 a.m. today at the intersection of Route 50 and Route 18 in Mount Pleasant sent two people to the hospital.

One person was trapped for a short time, a Washington County dispatch supervisor said. One was flown to UPMC Presbyterian and one was driven to the Washington Hospital, Mount Pleasant police said.

No information was available on either person's condition.
