Mon Wharf to partially reopen Monday

Closed since last month, the Mon Wharf parking lot will partially reopen on Monday. Approximately 325 spaces in the middle and upper sections of the Downtown lot will be open, said the Pittsburgh Parking Authority, with many of the spaces along the lower wall still closed.
The wharf has been closed since Jan. 31 when the Ohio River crested above 20 feet. When completely open, the Mon Wharf has 458 parking spaces.
