Mon Wharf parking to be available Monday

Commuters to the city will find some Mon Wharf parking available as they start the work week Monday.
The lot, w hich was closed since last month, will be partially open. Some 325 spaces in the middle and upper areas of the Downtown parking lot will be available to motorists, according to the Pittsburgh Parking Authority.
Other spaces will remain closed as it's been since Jan. 31 due to flooding issues.
The lot has 458 parking spaces.
