Mon Wharf closed Tuesday

The Mon Wharf will be closed to commuter parking again Tuesday.
The Pittsburgh Parking Authority said today that cleanup of frozen mud and debris has been suspended because of sub-freezing temperatures.
The debris was left behind when the wharf flooded last week.
The authority said parking should be available at the First Avenue Garage and Second Avenue Plaza.
