Man stabbed in Kittanning Walmart parking lot

Franklin police said they intend to file charges after one man stabbed anther with a sword that was hidden in his cane tonight.
Police said two men got into a fight in the parking lot of the Walmart on Hilltop Plaza in Kittanning about 5:15 p.m. when one of them used the sword in his cane to slash the other man in the legs.
The injured man was eventually taken to UPMC Presbyterian, where his condition was not immediately available.
Police said they intend to file charges and declined to release the two men's names until charges are filed.
