Philadelphia man exposed himself on bus, police say

State police arrested a Philadelphia man this morning for straddling a sleeping woman on a Greyhound bus on the Parkway East in Edgewood.

A 21-year-old New Jersey woman was sleeping on the bus when she awoke about 7 a.m. to find Ronald Miller, 49, in front of her with his pants down, state police said.

Police charged Mr. Miller with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and harassment.
