Man dies in turnpike crash near Plum

An unidentified man died early this morning on the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Plum after he hit the median wall and was ejected from his vehicle.
Traveling eastbound on the turnpike just after 1 a.m., the man was thrown from his Chevy pickup truck through the passenger window upon impact. He hit his head on the median wall, landed in the bed of his truck, hit the tailgate and landed on the roadway.
