Frigid temperatures delay Pittsburgh Public Schools, many others

As the temperatures fell to the lowest readings since last January, many schools and community facilities across the area are calling for delays and closings this morning.
At 8 a.m., Pittsburgh International Airport reported 5 degrees with a wind chill of minus 10. Winds were from the west at 10 mph. At the Butler County Airport, though, the air temperature was 3 degrees with a wind chill of minus 12.
