I-79 reopens after fatal crash

Interstate 79 has reopened near the Pennsylvania-West Virginia line after a fatal crash closed the southbound lanes for a time this morning.

PennDOT spokeswoman Valerie Petersen said all southbound traffic was diverted at Mount Morris to U.S. 19 while the highway was closed.
