Excela Health announces plans for two medical facilities

Excela Health in Greensburg today is announcing plans to open two outpatient facilities in the next two years.
The facilities will be in Hempfield and Unity, and will be modeled after an existing clinic in Norwin.
Officials said they are still in the planning phase and are scouting for locations.
